Automate Your Shipment Process With Custom Scanning for Acumatica Shipment Screen

We often run into bottlenecks and inefficiencies using an ERP software and would love to automate such business process, scanning serial numbers across various screens allows to sell products & ship faster.

Problem Definition: Customer would like to ship more orders, often they are faced with shipping department not being efficient and unable to ship products faster.
The Shipment screen allows to allocate products picker is picking and has to manually allocate these serialized inventory to shipment before confirming and making sure they are shipping the right product and keeping track of serialized inventory.

Solution: It would be great to allow scanning of serialized inventory quickly with bar-code scanner or keying the serial number on shipment screen, allowing to allocate the serial numbers across multiple location.

Custom Solution: We utilized Acumatica framework SDK and customized Shipment Screen ID SO302000 and added a new button called "UPLOAD LOT/SERIAL" upon click…

Acumatica PrintShop 2018 R1 is now Published

Acumatica PrintShop is now compatible with 2018 R1 version, we have published our package with new Modern UI and customers can now upgrade to this latest version.


Modern User Interface (UI) - The new modern menu now shows the PrintShop module and menu navigation classified as

Configuration - Access to PrintShop Settings and Configurations screens Inquiries  - Default Generic Inquiries that we ship withe the product Reports - Default reports that ship with the productOthers - Other supporting screens access
We continue to enhance Acumatica PrintShop for Print and Promotional Product Industry (PPI), some of the features we have scheduled for development.

Acumatica 2018 R1 version has some interesting automation features and Quick Order was one of them.
In the distribution world various companies, would like to automate their business process, most like structured approach and process while few would like quick order and cut down the additional steps with one click.

Quick Order Processing Page and Options:
In 2018 R1 users have an option to select the documents they want to automate their process of creation within one single click process all related documents, posting to General Ledger, Inventory updates and Accounting transactions .
