How's Predictive Intelligence is going to change the way we use ERP application?
AI or PI is being adapted by leading software vendors IBM (Watson), Google, Apple, Microsoft and recently Salesforce leader in CRM application launched their newer version of CRM application powered by "Einstein" AI.
We been collecting data over years in ERP , data from CRM, Sales and purchasing Accounting and from every corner of the organization and trying to make sense of it, we are capable of searching and retrieving data , we need to be able to predict our sales and purchasing behavior from customers, vendors and automate the process of next actionable task.
